I was not originally planning on keeping Ciaran, but after he did not find a home immediately, I couldn’t face parting with him. He was just so well-tempered, and such a gorgeous boy. It didn’t matter that he was mismarked, he was the best pet you could want. Ciaran developed a growth under his neck, in the same place as his mum Wicket, and in the end also got a head tilt. But I loved him til the end. Always attentive, always wanting to climb onto me for cuddles. He was a very, very special boy.
