Fionn was truly a special boy. The highlight of his day really was the time I spent with him, and I couldn’t keep him off me, even if I wanted to. If my hand got within 10cm of him, he would leap at me and run up my arm, always paradoxially hyperactive and incredibly cuddly at the same time. He had figured out how to open the cage door when it was loosely closed, and would do so only so that he could come to me. He was a beautiful personality, a unique and stunning little boy that I am absolutely honoured to have known. He stayed at Zen because nobody else wanted him, and I am so glad he did, because he was so amazing. I’m not sure what got him at such a young age, but his symptoms suggest it was a heart condition. He was assisted to the bridge. I will never, ever forget you, my boy. You are loved, and missed.
